Dr. Kristin M. Gilkes is the EY Global Quantum Leader and oversees EY's Global Quantum Technology Lab. The lab is focused on quantum computing, sensing, and hybrid AI+Quantum algorithms. Her team supports clients looking to establish their quantum strategy, implementation and execution. She advocates for sound, methodical approaches to advanced computing, and achieving quantum utility with AI. Kristin has established the EY Quantum Ecosystem, a curated group of the world’s leading quantum companies, government, and academic institutions.Kristin has a Ph.D. in Quantum Decision Sciences; and a graduate diploma in AI from the University of Oxford.
